Visual Merchandising

A sampling of my Visual Merchandising work, including dressing forms, set up of Holiday trim packages, created shops, painted walls to define departments, caseline sets ups, fragrance and beauty bay promotion set ups, installed vendor and store lettering,  implemented plan-o-grams, built fixtures, installed collateral packages, ensured promotional signs were correct, followed company visual presentation standards. 

As a District Visual Merchandiser my responsibilites included reviewing and interrupting sales reports, adjusting departments to increase sell through and capture add on sales. I trained and managed visual and sales associates, and liasioned with Store Managers and Regional Managers.
